Money is not the only thing that keeps a rehab unit running. Goods, gear, equipment, and professional skill all convert directly into time on scene. If you are not sure where something fits, ask us.
Restocked after every deployment
This is the category we go through fastest. Think of what sits on a sideline table at an outdoor sporting event, scaled to a crew working a twelve hour incident. Sealed, shelf-stable, and in date is all we ask.
- Cases of bottled water, sports drinks, electrolyte powder and tablets, single-serve drink mixes, instant coffee, creamer, sugar
- Protein and granola bars, jerky, trail mix, nut butter crackers, fruit cups, applesauce pouches, pickles and pickle juice, hard candy, instant soup and broth packets
- Insulated and paper cups, lids, napkins, paper towels, disposable gloves, foil pans, trash bags, hand sanitizer, wet wipes
- Cooling towels, sunscreen, lip balm, disposable earplugs, tissues
The durable gear that sets up the site
Reusable equipment that turns a parking lot or a shoulder of a highway into a place responders can actually cool down, warm up, sit, and eat. Gently used is fine as long as it is complete and functional.
- Pop-up canopies with weights, canopy sidewalls, portable folding tables, sports and folding chairs, folding cots
- Ice chests, beverage coolers with spigots, water jugs, misting fans, box fans, propane heaters
- Portable generators, extension cords, power strips, work lights, rechargeable area lighting, battery banks
- Folding wagons and hand carts, storage totes with lids, shelving, hand-wash stations, cargo straps
Vehicles, trailers, and equipment
If it hauls, tows, powers, lifts, or shelters, there is a good chance we can put it to work. Please do not rule out what you have because you do not see it named below. The list is a set of examples, not a limit.
- Pickups and light-duty commercial trucks
- SUVs and passenger vans
- Cargo, utility, and gooseneck trailers
- Retired ambulances and fire or rescue apparatus
- Box trucks and service or utility bodies
- Golf carts, ATVs, and UTVs
- Forklifts and material handling equipment
- Towable generators and light towers
We are building toward a larger footprint across Texas. An asset we do not deploy this year may be exactly what we deploy next year, so we are glad to take on equipment ahead of the need rather than scramble for it later.
Donated assets need to be in good working condition, with a clean title in hand and roadworthy for whatever it is. We are happy to look at something that needs minor work. Tell us what you know about it up front and we will be straight with you about whether we can use it.
Professional skill, on call
Some of the most valuable support we receive is a phone number. If you commit to a level of help you are comfortable with, then when something breaks or needs building we already have someone to call instead of starting from scratch.
This is a real option for people who do not want to respond in the field and are not in a position to give money or goods. If you do something professionally, there is a strong chance we will need it at some point.

Nothing here has to be worked out before you reach out. Tell us what you do and roughly how much you are able to take on, and we will sort out the specifics together, including the legal and logistical side.
We do not have a public drop-off location yet. Reach out and we will arrange a time and place to receive it.
Keep water with water and snacks with snacks. Sorted donations go straight into inventory instead of onto a folding table.
Contents and count on the outside. Leave cases sealed in the original packaging where you can.
Nothing expired or opened. Food and drink we cannot serve is cost we have to absorb to dispose of.
